Christmas

Busy Busy really busy day.

I am so tired I can't even think straight. Okay, it's not that bad I can think straight enough to write this.

November is ending, so there comes that month, when we all go crazy. We just smile by the mention of it's name. That time when we promote peace, love and the spirit of giving. But on the other hand we spend so much money buying irrelevant things: clothes, shoes, panties, make up, oh and don't forget the special and expensive Christmas gift.

I think I'm a regular and ordinary girl. So even though I know better, I still spend a lot of money on irrelevant products as well. It's tradition, it's what people do. People who can afford it, and those who can't do whatever they can in order for them to fit in as well. I like this period of the year, I love it. But what I like the most about it is reuniting with my friends and family. I get to see people I haven't seen in a long time, catch up on new details about each other's life, and I get to remember the people I love the most of how strong I feel about them.

December should be about relevant things. For me it's religion, faith, sharing, laughter , hugs, warmth, giving and receiving affection. And yes I appreciate details. But I would like them to have a creative and meaningful characteristic rather then being expensive and luxurious. December is joy, and for some of us the perfect time to sit and analyze. For me it's that time of the year where love, delicious food and charity are what truly matter.
